A little about me “Fierce Fitness Ty”. I’ve worked with many artist, events and organizations. Professionals from Ru-Paul's Drag Race, Americans Best Dance Crew, So You Think You Can Dance and a lot more. It was when I got into Hip-Hop Fitness that I lost 60 pounds in 6 months and truly found myself. I’m here to motivate you every step of the way.
Fierce Hip-Hop Fitness is Ty's NEW fitness class, that combines Hip-Hop dance moves with a mix of High intense interval training . The routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow choreography — and resistance training. The moves are very easy to follow and sure to leave you feeling confident and Fierce. Fierce Hip-Hop Fitness is not only for sweating and toning but also to assist with taking care for your mental health.
